When you Join, please make sure you are muted!
Account access is based on your email and password that you used to register for VFEDCON. Industry Registrations paid via credit card. If you have attempted to pay for access and your credit card declined, you will not be able to access the event. All charges are for a single event,
If you forgot your password you can reset it here. You will need access to the email that you used to register for VFEDCON.
The #1 Connection issue is internet speed. Check your Internet Speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/
You might also try using a direct network cable from your modem instead of connecting via wireless. If you have a bunch of kids streaming, gaming or otherwise sucking up your bandwidth, they might need to take a break while you access VFEDCON.
All room access is allocated on a first come, first in basis. If you are getting a “Session is Full” message, well, even virtially there is limited capacity and that means that in fact that room is full to capacity. If it is a vBooth, chances are people will be cycling in and out pretty often so try again.
When you are joining vBooths please make sure your microphone is muted.
If you are hosting an event, it is recommended that you have the attendee list up at all times. When someone joins with an open mic or via phone, you can “mute all” with a single click.
